Ralph G. Diaz, Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the San Antonio Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), announced today the arrest of Abel Angel Dominguez for Sexual Abuse in a Federal Facility.

A federal grand jury indictment, returned on Wednesday and unsealed today, charges Dominguez with one count of Sexual Abuse in a Federal Facility. Upon conviction, Dominguez could face any term of sentence to include life imprisonment.  In December 2008, Dominguez allegedly sexually assaulted a female custodian in a men’s bathroom located on the Ft.
