In response to reports that action taken by the FBI yesterday at various locations in or near the Rio Hondo, Texas area was prompted by a sealed indictment, FBI SAC Ralph G. Diaz said;

While confirming law enforcement action was taken yesterday by Agents of the FBI as part of an ongoing investigation, published media reports that the action was prompted by an indictment sealed or not are inaccurate. No charges have been filed nor arrests made. We are constrained by law and Department of Justice policy from commenting further.
